Пособие составлено на основании действующих нормативно-правовых документов, регламентирующих проведение профилактики внутрибольничных инфекций в учреждениях здравоохранения. В пособии представлены общие вопросы инфектологии – понятия инфекционного и эпидемиологического процессов, основные сведения по инфекционным заболеваниям, являющиеся наиболее частой причиной профессиональной заболеваемости. В конце пособия представлены материалы для самоконтроля знаний по санитарно-противоэпидемическому режиму. Пособие предназначено для студентов и преподавателей профессиональных образовательных учреждений, медицинских работников учреждений здравоохранения, в том числе осваивающих дополнительные образовательные программы по укрупненным группам специальностей: «Клиническая медицина», «Науки о здоровье и профилактическая медицина», «Сестринское дело».

Монография посвящена новому заболеванию, которое стало известно как COVID-19. Авторам принадлежит приоритет (как минимум в России) в описании острого коронавирусного миокардита с выделением РНК вируса из ткани миокарда, сделанного на основании анализа аутопсийного материала. Первые главы содержат анализ литературы относительно патогенеза поражения сердца при новой коронавирусной инфекции, а также описание первых и последующих случаев миокардита при COVID-19 в зарубежных публикациях с подробным изложением собственных исследований морфологии и проявлений этого миокардита. Отдельная глава посвящена вопросам иммунных, воспалительных и аутоиммунных реакций. Несмотря на большое количество публикаций, посвященных постковидному синдрому, анализа случаев постковидного миокардита в литературе практически нет; хотя он составляет значительную долю среди современных миокардитов. Это требует выработки особых подходов к лечению, которые также отражены в монографии. Наконец, отдельного обсуждения потребовали вопросы присоединения постковидного миокардита к другим болезням миокарда (первичным кардиомиопатиям), его возможная роль в прогрессировании и даже индукции амилоидоза, особенности ведения больных с нековидным миокардитом с учетом проводимой им иммуносупрессивной терапии, а также случаи миокардита, обусловленные вакцинацией вакцинами против коронавируса либо развившиеся после вакцинации у ранее переболевших. Все главы монографии написаны на основании собственного клинического материала, дополненного прижизненным морфологическим исследованием миокарда (эндомиокардиальной биопсией). Для практикующих врачей – кардиологов, терапевтов, патологоанатомов, а также ординаторов и аспирантов соответствующего профиля.
