A young absent-minded biology teacher, a class supervisor, and a Candidate of Biological Sciences open a club called 'I Love DNA' and offer their students to attend on Saturdays. Despite all the hardships and betrayals, after a year, her student takes first place in the All-Russian competition, and she successfully defends her doctoral dissertation.
