Stacie will have to deal with her herself and recover soon from her love affair with Sam. A brutal killer upsets the streets of New York with a series of crimes that bring turmoil to the police department and the whole city. The District Attorney will relay again to Stacie Scott to try to find the ”Cutthroat”.
