The following reader contains elegant extracts taken from books written by the well-known American and English writers whose works were made into TV movies. The reader is targeted at advanced and proficient (CEFR level Cl – C2) learners of English majoring in business studies and economics who want to develop linguistic competences of general and business English, enrich vocabulary, develop the ability to interpret and evaluate literary works.
